A Note on the Yule Feast

Because it has come up twice now, there is no separate charge for the Yule feast! It is Gary's gift to us as his birthday is only a few days before. We will be ordering food from Publix catering like we did a few years ago. Vendors are invited to stay and attend.
The feast will be held in the cafeteria where we do registration. Depending on the need for space we may move the Yule feast to the gymnasium, so we can be more open and have more space for everyone to decorate.

Yule is a festival event, so we are allowing outside vendors. If you or a friend are a crafter/maker and would like to sell your wares (or take commissions) on December 18th (the Saturday of the event), please message Amanda Bumgardner on Facebook or via email.
The cost to vend for USD is $25 and for crowns is free.
An easy up is strongly recommended. You will need something to display your wares.

The Yule event takes place on December 17th through December 19th at Camp Gevena.

Registration for Woodland Moot and Autumn’s Bounty is ongoing. The event is this weekend. If you have not emailed Mythicsignup@gmail.com, we do not know that you are coming.
Registration for Yule will go live Tuesday, November 30th. The event is December 17-19th. Yule feast is, as always, a potluck and will occur on the 18th. Outside vendors are welcome to set up on the 18th. We will post more about how to register (there are no changes, but people always ask), closer to the (...)
