Season 10 Update - Retreat & One-Shot Locations!

We have dates for Retreat! August 23rd and 24th at the Elks. 

AND we have dates for two one INDOOR one shots: November 22nd at Orange Lake Resort in Orlando, FL (Disney area), March 28th at Orange Lake Resort in Orlando, FL (Disney area).

Retreat Information:

Retreat will be a little different from last year as we will not have access to the Smith Center.

We will have check in, check out, and the Masquerade at the Pavilion -- that large screened in area that has been partially under construction that Crow, Drew, and I have been sending other groups to at every event.

There will be a brief period that we won't have access to this building, but it won't interfere with what we do.

We will have the same access to the Grafton as last year.

We will NOT have access to the executive cabins. I don't know if we will access to the Smith Center hotel style rooms on Saturday night. I will know more about those in about a month and will update you as I know more.

What we know:

The event will be at the Palmer Golf Lounge in the East Village (there are four villages, this place is MASSIVE). There will be group rate rooms available in the East Village. We will most likely start the event at 4pm and continue to 10pm. We will most likely start registration MUCH earlier than usual for these events because they require a head count two weeks before.
