It’s that time of year again for Metrocon Player Adventure Rings and Volunteer sign ups!
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING FROM START TO FINISH. I know its kinda long, but its all important info. There are two links at the bottom of this post, one for the choice of Metrocon Adventure Ring PLAYER SIGN UPS and one for the Metrocon VOLUNTEER SIGNS UPS.
Metrocon Adventure Rings:
What you need to know: Follow the instructions on the links, player characters will be chosen using RNG (random number generation) and you will then be made aware of the selections. There will be 20 available slots with 5 back ups (in case of drop out) for each Metrocon Adventure Ring.
It is expected that if you sign up to play a character at metro-con for an adventure ring, then you MUST monster during another adventure ring (either at Metro con or Retreat). Day Time Convention Shifts Will Not Count.
Volunteer Shifts during the player dungeons will count as monstering for them.
The Retreat Adventure Rings will be posted at a later time.
Metrocon Volunteering: What you need to know
- Volunteer shifts will also be chosen by RNG
- Much like monstering at game, please wear your monster blacks when you come into your shift. Bring GOOD shoes.
- 5 hour shifts will earn a item credit and 50 exp in chits (5 hours must be consecutive for the item credit)
- 8 hour shifts will earn a item credit and 150 exp in chits (5 hours must be consecutive for the item credit)
- IMPORTANT – You must sign in and out for every shift, if you are working h the back of house find: Sara Miracle-Murphy, Dylan Miracle-Murphy, or Wesley Carr. If you are working the front table, find Ben Kauffman.
- Those that have a Metrocon pass will have the ability to come to the dungeon and volunteer IF there is a need for additional volunteers.
Sign ups will close on July 9th for both Dungeons and Volunteering!
