*Notes from the Registration/Check In Elf*
Hello my Mythic Fam! I wanted to just make some notes for the start of Season 11!
Please remember, this is the first official event of the season which means MEDICAL FORMS and LIABILITY WAIVERS. This is all mandatory for every player to start the season. I know we had some new family join us in the last few months but this paperwork will always refresh at the beginning of the season. The medical forms can be found in the file section of the group, as well as attached to your registration email when you get the reply back from the mythicsignup email! (Have you registered yet??)
Any medical forms need to be emailed to Amanda for printing and filing. This email is AMCAR16@AOL.COM. Please. please, please DO NOT email these to Mythicsignup as we do not need to know medical information and their is a handful of us attached to this email. You can also have it printed and filled out before you get to check in!
All Liability Waivers MUST be signed in person. So please make sure you prepare with ID. We will remind you closer to the event.
....and last. There were two dates from April that escaped my eyes when redoing the form for Festival. If you have questions about it, please let me know. (I secretly wanted it to be Faepril okay??)
