There will be TWO google forms, one for you to put your preference for what you'd like to PLAY and one for what you'd like to VOLUNTEER for.
Google forms will close Saturday August 22 @11:59pm.  We will do our absolute best to have a fast turn around and let everyone know their assignments by August 26th.
EVEN if you sign up for a monster shift or a player dungeon, you must STILL register for the event with Amanda.
Unless your name is Ben K, Laura C, Dave H, J Dandle, Dylan M-M, or Sara M-M, you must fill out the volunteer form, EVEN if you are on a special team who helped put these runs together or if you are playing a named NPC or Monster and have already coordinated with the DM.
Call time for monsters is 1 hour before call time for players.
There will be a premium shift for tear down! If you complete the clean-up shift, you will receive 80 xp and an item credit, regardless of the length of shift. For example, if we get clean-up done in 45 minutes we will still get 80 xp and 1 item credit!!!
