As promised, more information regarding the setup and teardown volunteer shifts for All Hallows.
As promised, more information regarding the setup and teardown volunteer shifts for All Hallows.
Below is the link to the Google Form for the Friday, Oct 24 Volunteer Shift and the Sunday, Oct 26 Volunteer Shift.
Please note again, these shifts DO NOT count as your monster shift for All Hallows.
The volunteer work you will be doing WILL BE physical in nature. I apologize if this disqualifies some people from these shifts, but it is the simple nature of what is needed.
It is expected that if you sign up for the shift that you show up, and work at least the scheduled time of the shift.
For doing so, you will receive a minimum of 50exp. It is scheduled as a 5-hour shift, if more time is needed and you choose to stay, you will receive more than 50exp. In addition, you will also receive an item credit.
Sign-ups for each shift will be selected at random. So, please do not despair if you are not able to respond immediately.
Sign-ups will be open from now, until Saturday Oct 11th at 11:59pm. That way we can do the randomization and send people confirmation prior to regular registration opening next week Tuesday!
